For bulky or large goods, we rely on our freight forwarding service providers. In this case, we also adequately pack and cushion your order to ensure it arrives safely and quickly. Unless otherwise agreed with us, delivery by freight forwarder is always carried out according to "curbside delivery." Ultimately, it is the freight forwarder's responsibility to load your goods to their final destination.
